Joel Berg, DDS, MS

Dr. Joel H. Berg, DDS, MS, is a serial healthcare executive and senior advisor with more than 25 years of experience translating clinical insight into commercial performance. His track record spans B2B and B2C product strategy, regulatory and clinical development, market entry execution, and investment-aligned leadership in dentistry and oral-systemic health innovation. As a serial consultant in dentistry, healthcare, and other regulated industries, his core competencies include go to market strategy, professional marketing, and operations in clinical commercialization and capital strategy. He has traveled to over 60 counties and has lectured throughout the world.

Joel obtained his DDS and MS, as well as certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Iowa. He subsequently entered a career in academics, ultimately as Chair of Pediatric Dentistry and Dean and the University of Washington. While at the UW, he was instrumental in founding the Center for Pediatric Dentistry, a 26-chair state-of-the art teaching clinic containing 3 fully equipped operating rooms in the form of a surgicenter. Joel has practiced pediatric dentistry part time throughout his career, and currently “fills-in” in various pediatric dental practices in the Phoenix area.
